Leaks, Flow rate is way too fast, brewed coffee leaks over the lip of the filter holder. It needs an adjustable flow rate of water entering the filter holder.

This is our 3rd Bunn in over 30 years. Well built. Fast brewing, easy to clean and great tasting coffee. We also use it to brew tea bags for iced tea.

Our old one was over over 15 years old and finally needed to to be replaced. Definitely wanted to buy one just like it as it lasted so long. We are very pleased.

Brews so quickly, easy to use and clean. I just wish it was a 12 cup instead of 10. I feel I am making coffee more frequently but I really like this this coffee maker.
