This is the fourth Bunn coffee maker I have owned. I am pleased that Bunn continues to offer this brand for home use that I started using over twenty years ago.

Poor design ! Bought additional GOLDTONE Reusable Coffee Filter fits BUNN Coffee Maker and Brewer. Replaces your BUNN Coffee Filter 10 Cup Basket and BUNN Permanent Coffee Filter. Should be standard on this coffee maker

First its a good coffee brewer but if you don't read the manual for the set up then buy something else. When you're done with the initial set up you're almost there. I'm using (DURALEX 12oz mug), so I put 2 12oz of water in the grid and 4 scoops of coffee and let it drip. I'm satisfied with the results (smell, taste and temperature).

Like the brewing speed. Warning tray only keeps coffee slightly warm. Even with this short coming, this is my third brewer.

We've owned countless Bunn coffee makers and for some reason this one is not making me happy. It brews quickly and that is a major plus, but when we get to the bottom of the carafe, there are coffee grounds. When I go to empty the basket, the grounds are above the rim to where I have to take a damp paper towel and clean where it brews before replacing it. Hubby says it is because it brews so quickly the basket backs up with unbrewed coffee, but I've never had a Bunn do this before. Love it just the same. Just confused why this is happening. Tried using 3 scoops but coffee is weak, 4 the coffee grounds over flow. Can't win.

The bun makes a great cup of coffee but how crazy that it doesn't have a drip stop. So when you go and pour your coffee it's always dripping onto the hot plate. They say to leave it for 3 to 5 minutes but sometimes you are eager to drink your coffee and want it early, it would be very easy for bun to incorporate a drip stop.

Have had Bunn coffeemakers for years and they brew excellent coffee almost instantly. This model has a carafe that does not fit in my dishwasher. Also, I found it difficult to fill the reservoir because of the carafe's shape.

I have had a Bunn for oveer 20 years wouldn't have anything else.

I like coffee, but my little 5 cup coffeemaker just isn't big enough. After exhaustive research, the Bunn Velocity seemed to be what I wanted for my forever coffeemaker. After all, all my favorite restaurants have Bunn coffeemakers.It is quick brewingIt does make great tasting coffeeWhat I quickly discovered is that, when you brew Decaf, the filter basket (using only Bunn filters) fills up quicker than it drains out into the carafe, resulting in a sea of coffee and grounds overflowing all over my countertop.The Bunn instructions and website want you to wade thru endless time-wasting FAQ's. Their customer service phone is only available limited hours on weekdays.They take great pains to hide the fact that if you brew Decaf or finely ground coffees you require a restricted flow flowhead. They thoughtlessly fail to include one in the package. An on-line request needs to be sent in to request this part. There is a sprayhead designed for use with decaf that can be ordered online. There is no charge for it.If you like the pause pour feature on a coffeemaker, this one doesn't have it. After quickly brewing, it slowly and eventually stops dripping and leaving a mess on the hotplate.if you buy one, be sure to write down the model number and the datecode stamped on the bottom of the unit before you use it. Otherwise, it is a major pain to drain this unit in order to turn it over to either get the datecode, or to descale it later. you will need the model and datecode in order to order the decaf sprayhead.I recommend only using distilled, RO or ZeroWater Pitcher filtered water.I you only brew a few cups of coffee, and like the pause pour feature, just get the cheapest little 5 cup coffeemaker Walmart sells. they're cheap and make EXCELLENT coffee - and they last Forever!i rec'd the decaf sprayhead in the mail today, and promptly loaded up the filter basket to brew 10 cups. it worked like a charm. The liquid does not back up in the filter to overflow as it did with the regular decaf.

My home coffee pot. The best taste. Easy to clean. When I am gone from home first thing I do is make a pot as soon as I get home. Nothing else tastes as good. Only brand I will buy. I recommend it .

This is my first Bunn. It's fine, but I've only had it a few months. My main complaint is that the brewing makes a terrible mess in the filter holder. Emptying it isn't easy. Not the worst thing in the world. Just a nuisance.

I love the Bunn. Only 2 things .... No automatic turn off and you have to make sure the pot is directly under the dispenser. The guides let the caraf go about too much.

I gave the Bunn Coffeemaker a bad review. The company has sent me another flow reducer and my coffee is fine now. I'd like to thank them for making this right.

I am pleased with my purchase and my morning coffee. Still dishwasher proof and user friendly. I did not receive a plastic pitcher for adding water( which I prefer) as in past Bunn purchases. Using my old one Also, I do not believe the plastic on the new carafe is near the quality of my older Bunns. Sign of the times I guess.Be sure to follow set up and run tons of water through before your first brew!Overall satisfaction!
