I have had a Bunn coffee maker for all my adult life. I've used them as a waitress when I was younger. Amazing product. But this one did not include the deliming tool.

It keeps coffee Hot for that second and third or 4th cup! Husband likes HOT fresh coffee! Makes 10 small cups. Or 4 LARGE cups! Highly recommended!

For all those negative reviews...I don't think the people that wrote them know how to use a Bunn. No disrespect but this coffee maker is the easiest thing to use, works like a charm.This is my 3rd Bunn that I have purchased in my adult life. They last forever (last one 8 years and I only replaced it because we took it to Sturgis and it was used outside on the pairie for 2 weeks, got kinda dirty. Lol)If you love your coffee and can follow basic instructions, get a Bunn.

My family has had this coffee maker for awhile. It does one thing, and it does it very well. As long as you take care of it (clean it whoever you see gunk building up) you're gonna get a solid cup of coffee.Is this the right coffee maker for you? My roommates and I all work different schedules. The guy before me gets up about 5:00, and is home around 3. I leave about at six some weeks, seven on others, and if he forgets to turn it off, it's still keeping old coffee warm at that time. I don't know what the exact timer is, but I do know I have to make a new carafe by this time.This is a great system if everyone in your home drinks about the same amount at the same time. Otherwise, you'll have old coffee left sitting there. My recommendation at that point would be to look for a system capable of full carafe and single cups.

I finally got a Bunn coffee maker and wish I would have bought one years ago. It simply does the job the right way! Why buy a cheap coffee maker every couple years when you can get an awesome Bunn maker that will probably last 15-20 years or more? Plus it's way more enjoyable to drink. Get one of these coffee machines you won't regret it. Makes coffee the way it should be. Hot and tasty!

I have always had Bunn coffee maker, when my old one went bad I tried the Ninja coffee bar and hated it!!! So glad to have a Bunn again fast (literally 4 minutes) and great flavor!! Love my Bunn

Very good product! I have had two in 19 years. we make between 3 and 4 pots a day 7 days a week. You cannot find a faster easier coffee maker at any price.

Sooooo much better than my Keurig!! This coffee taste great. So good in fact that after it did what it was supposed to as I'm writing this review from the Loo, I brought it with me so I don't miss a single moment of the warmth it provides my soul!!

I have owned a bunn coffee maker for 27 years. So when my old one went out, I bought this one. Makes a pot really fast because of the storage tank of heated water.
