The coffee machine was great.....only the plastic cap where you put the water is was broken. I was able to use my old cap. Otherwise, it's been wonderful.

Back to the best basics: simple, quick best tasting coffee. Easy to clean. What more could you want. I got tired of all the digitized bs that only added issues w/o producing anywhere near the taste that the Bunn is famous for. Couldn't be happier with it.

I've used Bunn Coffee Brewers exclusively for decades. The one I recently replaced was a little fancier and it didn't seem to last quite as long, though I got my moneys worth. I've gone back to the basic Bunn home brewer which works great, produces excellent coffee, and brews faster than any other viewer I'm familiar with. The secret is the stainless steel tank and the fact that the water is preheated to the ideal temp for brewing. Yes, it probably uses a little more energy, but it's a better cup of coffee that some people pay up to $5 for on the outside.

I had a an older model Bunn just like this one and eventually the base started leaking pretty bad. It lasted 10 years though. I bought this updated version and I love it! Once you get used to coffee brewing in under a minute for half a pot, you won't ever use another percolating coffee maker again! I would definitely recommend this.

We bought this one to replace the one we bought 20 years ago. As far as I can see it is identical except the last one was white and this one is black. Simple design, no bells and whistles to fail. Just put coffee in the basket (using filter, of course), pour in water, and preheated water starts flowing as soon as you close the lid. Fresh pot in 3-4 minutes. My wife and I drink too much coffee to make a Keurig a good product for our use. We usually brew two 10 cup pots a day.

I have used other coffee makers in my life, but none compares to a Bunn. With any care at all, a Bunn will last for years and years. It takes about 3 minutes for it to brew a full pot of perfect coffee.

OK, I 've had this awhile. And although it instantly makes coffee, this is the third Bunn I'v purchased. After a couple of years it starts to leak water from the bottom and needs to be replaced. But I do enjoy coffee in less than 3 minutes so I guess it's a wash.

Over the past 10 years, we have had 2 of these coffee makers. When the 2nd one needed replacing I thought we would try a competitor. We returned 3 and I came back to Bunn. I shake my head at the thought that something else would be better. Nope! There are no beeps, roaring water reheats and it is by far the easiest coffee make to pour water in. The readiness of fresh coffee is fast and quick. Water reheats after dispensing the new water you pour in the maker. Need a fresh pot, pour in more water and out comes your coffee in a flash. I won't try another one when it is time to replace this one. I have proven to myself that this is the best coffee maker there is.

I was tired of buying cheap coffee makers and replacing every 6 months. We have a Bunn coffee maker at work and they've had it for years. I decided it was worth the money and finally purchased. We've loved it so far!

THE COMPANY THAT I WORKED FOR (HOSPITAL) USED BUNN COFFEE MAKER IN THE BREAK ROOM. IT ALWAYS MADE GOOD COFFEE AND I HEARD IT WAS THE BEST COFFEE MAKER. MY SPOUSE LOVES HIS COFFEE AROUND THE CLOCK SO I SPLURGED AND PURCHASED A GOOD COFFEE MAKER FOR HIM. HE LOVES IT!!!!!! I ALSO PURCHASED THE FILTERS FOR THIS MAKER. IT CAME WITH MANY TO USE SO HE NOW HAS ENOUGH FOR QUITE A WHILE...HA HA
