Great product, IF you can get it. Too often out of stock. But you can prepare it to be about as close to actual meat as it is possible to get (don't re-hydrate it in water!). So, I can highly recommend it, even though if more people purchase it, my chances for getting it again become even slimmer...

Are you like me in that you are constantly thinking about being healthier, longevity, and helping animals/planet--yet find sticking to any kind of plant based diet to be tedious and difficult? Wish the convenience of frozen pizza and chicken nuggets could be replicated for a (mostly) whole food product? Look no further. These things and an air fryer have changed my at home eating habits. Do they taste amazing? No. They taste like nothing. Which is great because they're packed with fiber and protein and taste like whatever you want to put on them: Thai peanut sauce in a wrap, dip them in bbq or ketchup and eat them like chicken nuggets, use the crispy little pieces as salad toppers. They cook in 4-6 minutes in the air fryer and the bag lasts for awhile. These will be a forever staple for me now.

I am amazed at how good these are. I made general Tso's ‘chicken' with these and holy heck, I am a convert! These are amazing, healthy and full of protein. 1 bag is a lot of curls, too. I have a ton of leftovers. Amazing product, will buy again! Yum!

This product came recommended to us. We are trying to eat healthier and so we tried to make tacos. The texture was NOT good. Very soft and it definitely didn't replace the meat in the meal at all. I have two bags left and I'm tempted to put them in the trash.

I keep reordering because these little things are so good. The recipes are endless but I really enjoyed “carne asada” tacos pictured. But my fav thing to recreate is “beef” and broccoli.

If you haven't had Butler soy curls and I don't know what you're doing with your life. These things are absolutely amazing they reconstitute in just a few minutes and they are so versatile you can make barbecue chicken you can make Stir fry you can do anything with this stuff.... I just don't recommend getting this seasoning that they try to sell. Kinda bland.

This stuff really tastes great. I thought it would be just like TVP, but it's so much better. Texture really reminds me of chicken. Like TVP, be sure to soak it in some flavored liquid like broth. If you do that it's amazing. Love that it's shelf stable. Wish it was slighly cheaper, but still better than mock meats

I'm a former soy boy turned soy MAN and I love these. Taste great. Feel good eating them. After I eat some soy curls I head to the gym and to some dumbbell curls. It's a yay from me dog.

I love these so much. Sometimes I eat them as a snack a bit of garlic salt or I'll melt some vegan cheese on them as I would a nacho chip. As a person who can't handle a lot of refined carbs this works wonderful for that. Or you can use them as they're intended and rehydrate them I use them sometimes in soups or even in some sauces and they're absolutely lovely. They're all so great because they're one of the few vegan meat alternatives that you can store in a cabinet. This is great if you're in a nursing home setting or hospital or even a college dorm.
