Product bag says 8 oz but upon measuring all the contents it's only at 6.2 oz. Not sure where the 8 oz. is from? I have attached photos from two bags.

I bought these to try and was blown away. Great price for the amount of protein and they are SO easy to prepare. Read the reviews and don't over saturate when preparing and all is good. We use these in wraps all the time and the protein and nutrition can't be beat for the price. I can't eat salt so I use Boom seasoning or salt free Cavenders Greek seasoning with sodium free broth and the flavor is awesome.

This was my first time ordering these, I saw a recipe for a buffalo flavored pizza and I used these in place of chicken, my husband asked me are you sure this isn't chicken as if I wasn't sure...very tasty I'd use them again. My only complaint, I got a lot of powdered crumbs in the bottom, due to crushing, so I didn't get as much as I should have gotten out of it.

Omg these are IT! I love plant based chicken but have been trying to go plant based/unprocessed. I bought a cook book that told me to use these and i thought it sounded gross but omg was I wrong. I made buffalo chikn tacos and now I think I'm addicted.

I cannot find any information in the product description about the production date or expiration date of these Soy Curls. Most shelf stable products that are packed well have a year. This one expires 6 months from the day I received it. How old is it today, I wonder? I understand if the shelf life is shorter because it doesn't have many preservatives. But the product description should show the expiration date or the production date or SOMETHING to alert us when it should be used by, especially when there is such a deep discount for ordering in volume.

I love the curls, but this batch was so smashed that there was more soy dust than actual curls. The nutritional value is there, but it sure is hard to do anything with a bunch of powder. Hoping the next batch will be less smooshed.

These 3 bags were crushed with most of the soy curls reduced to crumbs, no big pieces left. Non refundable so I just paid $21 for crumbs.

I purchased this item for the purchase of making pulled porkless sandwiches and meatless dishes. So far, so good. I have been able to recreate some of my favorite dishes without using meat. The curls take on the flavor of the season and get better as it books.

I'm a vegan and I was delighted to discover soy curls. I found that if I shred them in a food processor after soaking them I can add my favorite barbecue sauce and I have the perfect vegan version of pulled pork. I've served it at parties to non-vegans and it was a huge hit. They had no idea it was soy and not meat. Great product!

Soy Curls are a game changer for our vegan diet. We have impressed family and friends with recipes that they can't believe it is not meat. It is a clean product without additives. We love Soy Curls.

Used Doesn't taste like chicken recipe, only alternative was used a Japanese dipping soy sauce instead of the cocktail tomato based dip. These are a TvP product so you do your own customized flavoring so I didn't rate the flavor. These came out awesome (and reason I bought them!) I will be using up the 3 bags quickly because there are more recipes we want to try, it's been 25 years since we had the real thing and would love to try some old recipes from the past!

First time trying this and was nervous but it turned out to be awesome. My very picky husband likes it(whew). Stir fried with Szechuan sauce and vegetables.

I'm a fan. These were surprisingly tasty. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about them, as i do love tofu. But I love this probably asmuch if not more than tofu.

Has that chkn texture and flavor. I made pulled chkn sandwiches with these. Just soak, cook in BBQ sauce, and you're good to go. 30 min. Easy meal
