It does what it was suppose to and its great

Split the cost with a friend because we both had used cars and wanted to see what's wrong. Is a little bit more pricey but well worth it. it does provide me with main electrical issues and tell me possible solutions as well as how common the issue is. Is a great tool to have for quick checks when engine light is on.

Absolutely not the best code reader I've used, but for the money I'm very satisfied. I wouldn't recommend it for a pro, but for the diy occasional repair person... it's a go.

I have been using Blue Driver for at least the last 7 years I even leave it plugged in and it work great so much information so it does save you money because you already know what's wrong when your check engine light comes on .Thank you Great products

I use this device in my Toyota Avalon, 2001. It exceeded my expectations and that it accurately diagnosed the problem with my car and I was able to fix it dollars less than if I would bring it into a service garage.

We have a 2012 GMC Sierra with 170,000 miles. This BlueDriver Bluetooth Pro OBDII Scan Tool has saved us from running into the repair shop 6 times already, and we only had it since Christmas. Truck was acting possessed - lights flickering, locks going nuts, loosing speed on the highway (all at the same time). BlueDriver said low voltage. Suggestions from other ppl on the app said check the ground wire - BINGO! $10 fix DIY - Done! Two more check engine light - Gas cap. Those 3 things alone, BlueDriver just paid for itself. It give us a piece of mind while towing the RV. We have a clue on what is going on with the truck before we start to panic.

This Thing Is AMAZING!!! I would definitely say that this thing is worth the money. I mean the Bluetooth Option alone is great because it is so much nicer then having a bigger bulkier OBDII Scanner. This one is nice small so when your not using it you can just put it in your Center Console or Glove Compartment. It is very easy to use by no means need you to be a professional mechanic because most things are self explanatory. It is very in depth holds allot of information. All In All I Am VERY IMPRESSED.

We have a lot of vehicles and I've used a lot of different scan tools. They range from 4cyl gas to V8 diesel and all makes and models. This tool not only works on every one of them, it can pinpoint the exact issue. I've even used it to help other people who just had a shop replace all of their injectors on a 6.0 and one be bad. It tells you the exact cylinder to go after. For people who don't really understand mechanics and engines, it has a feature that shows the top reported fix and even has a link to most of the parts. This is pretty good because you will kind of have an idea of what's wrong instead of blindly following what a mechanic says if you have to take it to one. You can also go on the tube and find tons of videos to try it yourself if you can do the work but don't really know how to diagnose something. The live data is ok, I wouldn't really buy it for that. It is so easy to use too. You download an app and just plug it into the diagnostic port on your vehicle. No wires, as long as you are within Bluetooth range you can do whatever you want while scanning. If you're like us you are checking everything out while it scans. I have noticed that the more electronically advanced your vehicle is, the longer it takes to scan. Usually ranges from about 1.5 minutes to about 6 minutes. You can download the report and it even has a feature that tells you how to reset different things on your vehicle, like the oil light or abs light. It uses the vin to pinpoint the exact engine (it usually pulls the vin automatically). I have two at home and just sent another to my son that's stationed in CA (his request) so he can help others out on base.

I just started using it, so I may have to update this review later, but it's really good for the money! So many features and you can view the live data, which is what I wanted! Lots of live data! It'll check codes on all your modules, and it will suggest a fix! It will even give you a link so you can buy the part you need! In my case, it was an oxygen sensor! I also like that it shows all the information about your vehicle, like all the TSBs and recalls! I'm very happy with it! I think it's well worth the money!

Idk about really broke down cars but my truck engine light came on and it told me what it was and made it very easy to clear code

Tech support for getting setup was excellent.

I have smaller OBDII readers ($30-$50) that are standalone, but this one far exceeds their functionality.Not that those other readers don't work, but the functionality of this unit leverages your phones connectivity and allows far more information at your fingertips. I have used this on Dodge, Subaru, GMC, Toyota, Honda and other vehicles and have had zero issues to date.I would recommend this unit to others, especially those that are looking at used vehicles to buy and want to know the status of the codes from the engine or transmission.

I used this product for all my vehicle's... 2003 dodge 3500, 2010 Toyota, 2006 Ford Taurus. It is simple, accurate, and worth every penny. My neighbor has a new truck and is... (with warranty) charged 200.00$ every time they plug his vehicle in, now he has asked to use my scanner as he can use it with live scan and save 200.00$. Think about it, it is worth getting. At the very least your mechanic will know that YOU know what codes ar thrown. I'm going to tell him to buy his own. NO! I am not a paid advertiser.

You get all the trouble codes you could come across, plus wireless live data. A good suite of live data options for the engine, but I wish I could select more than 5 at a time, and wish I could get transmission live data. Color-coding of data points, red if bad, green/blue if good, would also be a great addition while looking through live data. But if you just need easy code reads/code clears and basic live data, not bad for the price.

codes on a 2014 F-150

I originally bought one of these about a year and a half ago, and somehow it has grown legs and disappeared had to buy a second one. It's easy to use you can clear your codes in the software can you download your phone works great!!
