It fits just as expected, I usually wear a medium and this fits just like anything else I own. Long enough to tuck in if you'd like to, but short enough to leave untucked and not look like a maniac.It's got some nice pen pockets on the left sleeve which is cool if you need pens, there's also a loop at the end of the collar opening which I assume is for holding a badge or some form of ID.Pros:Good ventilation on hot daysfits as expectedno ugly logosCons:It's a synthetic material, so when you are wearing it for a whole day in the sun and the heat, it starts to smell pretty bad. I'd say that it may amplify the smells that are emanating off of you when you are wearing it for a long period of time. This can be reduced by a good deodorant or antiperspirant but at the end of the day, you'll still smell like you've spent a day in the sun sweating.I like these shirts, I use them for work and I can get around the smell issue 99 of the time.
