The flux works well, but the push stick for the plunger won't stay in the tube. Normally when you stop pushing down on the plunger you want to pull back a little to stop the flow...since the stick won't stay in place it tends to make a mess as the flow continues until you can get the snap on cap over the end. Since the stick won't stay in...it was a bit trick using it until I figured out how to just push some out on a scrap of plastic and then use a tooth pick to apply to the PCB.

Works great with lead-free solder, especially Sn/Ag/Cu. Iron temp is important, keep it around or below 350C to not burn the flux.

Appears to be the same formula I have used for many years, and it still works better and has a much less caustic odor/smoke in use than others I have tried recently (e.g. 135). I brush it on pcb contacts before soldering and it leaves a clean joint if used sparingly.

It is a paste, not normal rosin. I specifically was shopping for normal hard rosin for soldering. Thanks for wasted time. Describe your product better!
