The bar is well constructed. The knurling is good. The only downfall is the swivel. I spray silicone in it every so often to spin better.

good grip due to the knurlingbalanced, the center is... well centered -had to return a few bars due to the lack of quality control, this one is A1super wide for the bigger wingspan individuals

This is a very heavy bar. I had to slightly adjust my workout to compensate for the weight difference of my old bar. This was to be expected as the bar is very thick and solid.

Boom! This thing is excellent!!!Perfect of my AHG!I had been using a piece of metal conduit for my lat pull downs, so this is clearly an improvement. But it's far more than that!It's professional gym quality and I really couldn't be happier with my purchase!!

I use my barbell for everything from bicep curls to lateral pulls. This bar is very heavy which is a plus. It's a workout to lugging it around.

Overall good for basic lat pulldown setup at home. Would be good if manufacturer installs thick rubber grips for comfortable grips while doing lat pulldowns.

Bar does as expected , good quality for the price. A few steel burrs , check it over fully before use or you could possible cut yourself , paint flaking off.All in all quality is good and it does the job
