The bar looked amazing, I used it a few times and enjoyed it. The one bar I received had a major flaw, the swivel thing in the middle was defective and would not allow it to rotate properly so I returned it.

I wanted a regular lat bar, and ordered based on the photos. I got this other thing, which is NOT pictured, and is not a lay bar. The rubber grips turned my hands black and made them smell like cheap oily rubber. Also it is very heavy.

For being rubberized, the knurling is pretty dam aggressive.I typically use this on back day toward the end of the workout when my blisters are already red and on fire, but even before that, the rubber isn't as soft as you'd think.Either way, it's a great option to keep in your gym arsenal.

The swivel is the style I was looking for. The knurling is a little aggressive compared to some others but it is comfortable enough.

Does the job. The middle ring does not spin all the way around always gets stuck. Other than that no issues.

Item was not as pictured, it actually has rubber padding over the metal bar, which is great. Works fine on my Hoist V3 weight machine.

It feels sturdy and good quality. I love it for lat workouts. It only has a tiny sticker that says “CAP” which lade me feel suspicious. I gave it 4 stars due to oil odor, which was nauseating, at first, and some residue. I would recommend wipe down before use.

The bar is well constructed. The knurling is good. The only downfall is the swivel. I spray silicone in it every so often to spin better.

Bar does as expected , good quality for the price. A few steel burrs , check it over fully before use or you could possible cut yourself , paint flaking off.All in all quality is good and it does the job
