The shoe comes with a minimal padding. Had to buy an insert for it then all was good.

I wear a size 9. I ordered a size 9W, which fit perfectly. These boot are slightly looser than the regular fit, but I like a bit looser fit for thicker cotton socks. The boots arrived in excellent condition and ahead of the scheduled delivery. I would definitely buy from this company again.

I had really high hopes for these boots since they had the caterpillar name but, The first pair I had were steel toes and within a couple months the sole began to leak and pull away from the boot. I decided to give them one more chance and bought a pair of soft toe boots that have less than a month total uses, the pull tab is broke and the sole is starting to also pull away these boots aren't that expensive but they cost enough I expected better.

My husband has worn nothing but Red Wing boots for the past 20 years. The current pair is over 3 years old. When I couldn't locate his style, I ordered these for him. They look just like advertised. He said they have a very comfortable fit. He's very happy with them. They also arrived a day early!

I couldn't even get the boot on. When I attempted to slide my foot around the bend I couldn't do it, very tight. Most people said fit as expected, not for me.

I struggle to find a pull on work boot that is both wide enough and not stiff ad heck in the beginning. This boot was close, the quality is exceptional however, I cannot complain about that aspect!

This is my second pair for these boot. First pair was steel toe but I went with soft toe this go around. Lasted 10mo of daily abuse in and around construction sites.

These are the only boots my husband hasn't complained about! They are durable and comfortable with wide ankles for bigger legged folks. They are exactly what the company claims them to be...no sneaky sales tactics.
