I bought this boot as a general work boot as well as winter/wet weather boot. After my first winter season, I'm very pleased.I was also pleased to see that this shoe fits my prescription orthotic insert. Because of my shoe size and my orthotic, I have trouble finding shoes that fit. I have small but wide feet (7.5 4E), and basically I need shoes as wide as I can get. This boot answered the call.I'm glad I gave this brand a try, and I'll definitely try other styles in the future.

I love everything about these boots except the insoles that come with them. They REALLY cheaped out on them. If you do buy these boots, get yourself a good pair of insoles.

well i bought this a few months ago and unlike red wings these boot souls seem to be lasting . which matters with a lot of walking and sometimes trying to stay balanced on slopes -owens

My husband loves these boots so much he asked me to buy another pair just like them when they wore out, which was after two years of daily use. That might not seem like very long, but he works in a stone warehouse and his clothes and shoes really take a beating.
