I wasn't fat, just too short. My biggest crutch. Spread a tablespoon on a flaxseed WASA cracker with a 1/2 glass of skim milk and it will satisfy your craving, stomach, is a healthy choice. Not what your used to, but it is much better than nothing. Especially, if your trying to fit into this year's speedo.
