I wasn't fat, just too short. My biggest crutch. Spread a tablespoon on a flaxseed WASA cracker with a 1/2 glass of skim milk and it will satisfy your craving, stomach, is a healthy choice. Not what your used to, but it is much better than nothing. Especially, if your trying to fit into this year's speedo.

This is the best peanut butter you will ever buy. I also love how the label comes right off, no sticky mess to remove so I can reuse the jars.

I was surprised, they actually make this peanut butter so that it contains a lot of air pockets, and the overall consistency is almost fluffy. I got more fresh jars, and noticed that there had been no separation out of oil. I cook with this, so the good flavor is most important...

Creamy with the right amount of crunchy pieces, this peanut butter SLAYS. I don't know what black magic is done to make it but it never has oil separation like those other horrible brands. I wish this company made tahini because all my tahini separates like 50 of married couples.
