Started learning this Summer to play canasta. if you have 4 playersyou need 5 decks.This shuffler is what you need!

You can get good ones and bad ones but I only get good ones from this source. The definition of a good one is one that lasts for years with alcohol que tip cleaning of the rubber wheel that contacts the cards on a regular basis as indicated when the cards begin to shuffle poorly due to buildup of contaminants from handling cards. I also found that the cards shuffle est face up once they become used.

All plastic parts so be careful how you treat this! However, for the price I think it is a bargain if it saves me shuffling multiple decks of cards! So far it has performed nearly perfect.

Really liked the product, performed well. Only thing I would like to note is it is not quiet. You would not want to use it if you were trying to keep the noise down.

This product did not work. I tried putting 2 different sets of batteries to make sure the new batteries were not defective. So sad as I was going to give it as a gift. Hopefully I can exchange for another.

The product works wonderfully with newer cards. Worn cards have a bit of a time going through, sometimes it helps to shuffle upside down cards.

Who would have thought anyone would need a 6 deck card shuffler? No one? Well, learn the game called Hand and Foot - for 4 players, you use 5 decks of cards..... no way possible to shuffle that many cards by hand. Now if there were just a way to HOLD ALL THE CARDS when you're playing with all those decks and cant discard......

I play Hand-and-Foot Canasta with 3 other individuals every Sunday. We use 5 decks of cards, and this shuffler holds all 5 decks each shuffle. It does sometimes get mucked up and the cards have to be pulled out and re-set, but for its purpose it is very useful (as opposed to shuffling 5 decks of cards by hand).

Works perfectly. Handles 4 decks or 6 decks perfectly! We play a lot of Hand and Foot,, so it takes a lot of decks, and I've only had the shuffler for about a week now, and it's been used daily since! C batteries aren't cheap, but I bought a set of 4, as this is what the shuffler takes, and it hasn't even slowed down. If you don't use it daily like we do, I'm sure they would last a long time, but ours haven't showed any signs of slow down yet! Would highly recommend this shuffler!
