We were hoping it would have some basic features such as when a country is touched it would simply say the name of the country, or maybe let us choose which details it provides. Instead, when a country is tapped it provides tons of unwanted information. We are trying to teach our child where every country is located but after tapping a country and being provided the name, leapfrog goes on to give all sorts of other details that ultimately slows down her learning objective. We think it's great that she can learn the currency, population, various terrain formations, history, etc. but we would have preferred if this teaching tool would not blast her with unneeded details as she walks her way across the globe.

Got this for my twin sons 4 year birthday party. Of all the gifts they have, this is one they play with the most. They have even retained some of the information and it's barely been a month. I highly recommend it!

I got it for my 5 year old grandson - he opened it and he didn't want to open anything else. His parents tell me it's his favorite thing to use and his three year old sister has been known to take it out of his room!

I've purchased other 'smart'gloves before but never one with video. The video really adds to the experience. It is a little complex for a 4 year old but a 6 year old should figure it out (and even my 2 year old has fun).

My child received this as a gift. Loves to play with it so much that they bring it in bed with them in the morning when they get up. Accurate, so far. Love that it's interactive instead of a typical decorative globe.

Fun way to share the globe, maps and trivia about countries and cultures throughout the world. I'd say 4 and up to 12. Nice display and good sound. Controls are easy to learn.
