For the project I was working on, they did very well. Didnt use them for watercolor but for staining. They held up and didnt fall apart which is what I was looking for.

Good price and quality to give to adults learning to use water-sketching to achieve meditative mindfulness by drawing on water-only calligraphy paper. When participants have drawn something they really really like, they take a phone-picture for future reference, Or for their sketchbooks. But more often the sketches dry within a few minutes and they can continue swapping Pages back and forth and developing a peaceful mindfulness as the create a series. . .

Thick camel hair brush about 3/4 inches that tapers to a nice point. The overall length of the brush is about 9 inches. I plan to use it for acrylic paint, but I think it would be great for watercolor.
