If you're a collector of Beatles' bits and pieces, especially die-cast models, be prepared for an expensive six months. Not only are three new London taxis now available, there will be three more cabs to be hailed before the end of the year.A 1:36 scale and being a smidgeon over five inches in length, these will look good on your shelves. (And you do display them don't you? There's no point in having them if they're stored under the bed.) Now whilst the taxis themselves carry the appropriate livery on the front, back, two sides and roof, the box is a generic one, which I guess is simply to cut down on costs. Or maybe that's what the ‘Keeper's of the Grail', Apple, insisted on. However, one reservation I have about this particular black cab, is that not only does it depict a photo from ‘I Am The Walrus', but the number plate has ‘Revolution' on both ends.That notwithstanding, the only problem for those such as myself (and there are many) is how do we make space for all this?
