Needed to remove some gypsum drywall in a home remodeling project. Works great for cutting-through drywall, such as along the top, bottom, and sides of a sheet. And--once the nails are removed---removing the sheet cleanly and intact. Saves a lot dust and picking-up broken pieces of gypsum then if tearing off the wall in chunks by hand.Handle gives good two-handed leverage.Downside? They need to make changing blades easier. It only holds one blade, and I found it hard to remove and reinstall the little Phillips screw that secures the retainer. Also takes some fiddling to get the new blade to fit into the holder.

I bought this for a house demo. With the long blades (not included) it cuts carpet like butter. I also used it to cut drywall tape seams in corners, and the length of the handle made this easy to apply the necessary pressure.
