It was a fairly easy process to install, but I do have two complaints. One, the paper guide they give you is slightly too short. Two, the extension piece to the towel rod was crooked, and I couldn't fix it. Overall, it's all very nice.

Arrived quickly, good quality, nicely packaged so it didn't get scratched up, all the hardware included. I haven't installed yet-- doing entire bathroom renovation.

I purchased this set for a guest bathroom, so I was looking for quality, but also looking for budget friendly. This set looks beautiful! The packaging was really protective of the pieces, there were templates for installation. Happy that drywall plugs and decent screws were included, and even an extra plug and screw. Would buy agin.

No instructions came with package. The towel bar is too thin and if extention is used it shows the connection threads

These were as easy to install as any we have used. The brushed nickel looks nice. They are not the most sturdy on the market, ie: I wouldn't suggest them for a kids bathroom, but they are a good value for the cost and look very nice. Would purchase again.

Nice looking but a little flimsy feeling. You have to screw in the two rods, but they may loosen with use, and then it feels flimsy.

The toilet paper polder wasn't all there. I had to use the part from my silver one. So it doesn't match. It's kinda flimsy.

It was incredibly helpful to have all the pieces we wanted to replace in our bathroom in one package, such that the finishes and detailing all matched perfectly (we were replacing outdated wood accessories). We actually weren't planning to install a robe hook, but since it was in the package we gave it a try and love it as much as everything else. The towel bar is more appropriate for a hand towel rather than a full size towel (not as far off the wall or as sturdy as you would expect for a bath towel), but we are still able to use it for full size towels.

The hardware was relatively easy to install. I'd never done anything like this but even without instructions, I figured it out. I think the hardest thing was make sure it was level. Overall, happy with the product. Some of the tiny screws to tighten the hardware on the bracket stripped easily but I was still able to get everything on. Would buy again.
