the spline should have been a fraction of an inch thinner as the screen itself is thick.It should be durable, only time will tell.

Can be a bit of a hassle to get it installed but it is extremely strong, screen frame will most likely rip out before screen tears.

So far my dogs cant penetrate this screen. It is thicker and more noticeable than ordinary screens but the trade off is worth it!

After our spastic puppy ruined two patio screens with ease, we got this screen and she has yet to be able to ruin it. It's sturdy but you can still see through it. Highly recommended if you have dogs that will scratch when they want in.

This screen is so easy to work with. This is the second time I have purchased it. I used it first to close off under the eves of an outside storage barn to keep rodents and pests out. This time I used it to close off open area around a low deck for the same reason. It cuts easily with scissors, is soft to the touch unlike metal screen and all I did was secure it with a staple gun. It is durable and the screen in out in the barn has lasted a few years and has done what it was intended to do-keep out pests. So happy to have found this product and highly recommend it

So glad I opted for this instead of the metal screen. I hate the cheap, flimsy fiberglass material and I wanted something better that would last longer. I have arthritis so I really wanted to avoid the metal option. This was very flexible, easy to cut and easy to stretch tight. I have a large cat and this will be much more durable in case it gets picked. I have never replaced window screen before but it's pretty simple and this was nice to work with. I got a multipack of spline because I didn't know what size I needed. This worked great with the largest size spline which matched the old spline. I think this is probably the most common size you would need. I would highly recommend this replacement screen material to anyone looking to DIY. I would buy again too. I think it's a great product!
