Perfect, use what you need and then it stops flow by itself. No more messing with releasing pressure and dealing with caulk over flow when you set to the side.

This Newborn 930-GTD caulking gun is the cats meaw. So much so I order another one the other day so I can get rid of my old caulking guns. Fantastic item.

I'm so used to having to pull the back of the caulk gun out when I need to stop. Which results in caulk still spilling out and taking more time. This solves all those problems.

Works as expected, made with sturdy steel, has a part to puncture new or old tube to start, and a place to cut off the tip.

I've never owned or used a caulk gun before, so it took me a minute to figure out how it's supposed to load. I felt a little silly, but was grateful they had instructions included. It looks and feels nice. Drip proof might be a bit of an exaggeration, but I also ended up with a very large hole in the top of my caulk tube (again, first time), so that might be partially on me. My only wish would be if it were small hand friendly, but I haven't found one that is, so that's not on this product specifically.

The candy apple color is the first thing that catches your eye right away, but it's not just the color that is pleasing the whole thing is awesome and I can't believe how thrilled I am with this. I had a few things I wanted to do and really didn't think much of whatever one I picked. The price is amazing for this. I wonder if they make it in different colors? I'll be buying another for my husband.

Purchased this item to finish my baseboard work in my new house, always wanted a caulking gun that wouldn't continue to drip out after running a line. After some research I've read mixed reviews on this but went for it anyway because of the price. I'm happy I made the purchase, it worked as advertised for the first time ever I had the pleasure of using a caulking gun that did not continue to run out after running a bead. I hope it continues to work for years to come. I approve
