I wish serial devices would stick to a few basic pinouts, but they do not. You can make any reasonable combination that you want with this without too much fuss.

Needed some adapters with custom pinouts. Didn't want to do the soldering. This solved the problem perfectly. Works as advertised.

Served it's purpose. Made it to the brocade console pinout and it worked great. Not much to say about it, it works. Make sure you get the pinout correct the first time because you won't be able to repin it easily.
