They work well when trying to catch an animal that is feral, wild or upset. The person has less of a chance of getting hurt especially when trying to net an animal. Provides good protection.

I have a Mr Grumpy Cat that needed to go to the vet and he hisses and spits and tries to bite because he's not feeling well. But the gloves were so durable that when he went to bite we felt nothing. We also have a red tail boa that is sick and we had to force feed him but with the gloves it ended up holding the small rat and he just got it like they do and ate it. So they helped save two of my animals' lives which is why we got them

i have a belgian malinois and these gloves prevent a bite....you can feel him but he wont puncture you....great for any animal.....good value

I needed these gloves to help me address a skunk problem we've been having lately, and they didn't disappoint. I felt full confidence handling the Havahart trap with theses sturdy gloves on. The gloves are long and come to by elbow. They are thick and durable. I wore them to guard against any bites or scratches from a wild animal, though I didn't have to contend with either thank goodness. I hope we're done with our skunk problem, but I imagine I will repurpose these for doing heavy-duty brush work and tree trimming. They are a bit bit in the fingers/hand, which is to be expected as I wear a women's medium. These are a great durable glove for all your wild needs.

Hands are well padded for playing with my young German Shepherd, but the gauntlets are unpadded, so bites on the arm hurt.

These are perfect, I have an incredibly aggressive corgi. He's seen professional help, we've gone to classes, we've tried medication. We hoped as he aged he would chill out, nothings worked. He's 9 years old and absolutely wild. He's particularly aggressive around food so feeding him is a giant chore. With these gloves I can easily reach and grab his food without fear, he bits and attacks but is realizing it doesn't do anything and has caused him to actually calm down (albeit only a little bit but with him it's a small win) I Dow wear padded mechanic gloves underneath for a little more protection because he's a very strong corgi. These have been a game changer. Normally couldn't access his food and now it's the easiest part of my day.
