I use this to play with my little chi weenie dog she likes to wrestle and these gloves protects my hands.

Was able to handle my saguaro cactus without getting stuck. Be aware that these are very thick and awkward to work in. These are not comfortable gloves but like I said I didn't get stuck.

We purchased these gloves to handle cactus prunings. We have not been disappointed. They are thick and rugged and definitely worth their weight in gold. We may be purchasing a second pair very soon.

Very well made, should hold up well to a variety of tasks! I actually ordered them for myself, but they ended up being my husband's. They were too big for me (I typically wear a small) but were a good fit for him (he typically wears a medium).
