The Argentine/Tuscan Style Grill Kit provides the ability for Argentinian and Tuscan-style grilling at a great economical value. The easy to assemble kettle grill ring sits directly on top of your 22.5" kettle grill and uses both the existing charcoal grate and cooking grate to give your unprecedented control in virtually any grilling situation. Want to sear your steak directly in the coals for a nice crisp finish? Turn the handle to lift the coal grate for direct contact with your food. Looking to cook an entire bird or rack of ribs and need a longer, consistent indirect heat? Simply lower the handle to set the coal grate a full foot away from the food. The unique weighted handle securely holds any amount of charcoal at 1.5" intervals anywhere between direct contact with the cooking grate to 12" at the fully recessed position without needing any clumsy locks or pins, and the height is adjustable before, during, and after the cooking process to give you the ultimate cooking control. The patent pending Argentine/Tuscan Style Grill Kit is constructed entirely of stainless steel, making it easy to clean up when the job is finished. The existing grill lid fits directly onto the kit for on-grill storage, but is also removable in seconds once cooled for storage elsewhere.

A solid unit with easy set-up, Could use some holes drilled where the cable would come through the rod for capture of the cable so I drilled them, will be adding a LavaLock Ratchet Paw Gear for Santa Maria Grill outside the unit to hold the fire where I want it and not where the counter weighted crank holds it. Would be nice if the manufacture would make an add on to double the height with a second grill to create a tall smoker and some clips to hold it in place when in use, but that is another story to be worked out.

Well made and fits on my Performer Grill and my Weber Classic. It's what my grill was missing works great for Paella you can adjust the heat.

Ring was not flat to meet grill, air escapes making hot spot, used heat smoker gasket to help with air gaps, ring that holds charcoal grate not big enough, but I still really like it, works great with tweaking
