I love to eat organic, but can't always afford it. Getting this larger quantity, feeling the price is right, allows me to make better granola and other healthy recipes, while not wasting money. As soon as I open the bag, I store the unused portion in my freezer - this preserves freshness, so I never worry about rancid nuts, and I waste any!
