Cuz I don't want my brownies or waffles to taste like olive oil, and a nutty flavor enhances sweeter foods better than others.

taste opaque tin (protects oil from oxidation by light) different volumes available- too bad it is not extra virgin oil... this is refined and as such some of the nutrients are lost

Love this oil. I use it in a spritzer for salads. Is amazing on roasted fall veggies as well. Try it. You won't be disappointed. Hard to find in stores and is always a bit more expensive.
