Stainless won't rust the install was simple so they look good much better than the old ones the stainless was thicker making it easier to grasp.2ea for the money it was a good deal for me, I installed one threw the other in my motorhome parts drawer for later!

if your rv water heater has a plastic one, change it immediately. mine broke and the side cover flew off somewhere on i77. it cost a fortune for a new cover and to have it painted

The retainer on my old fastener was plastic which of course broke while camping leaving me without a cover on my water heater. These retainers from CAMCO are all metal and will last for years loner than IK will own my fifth wheel. They came as a set of two so I have a spare to share should I encounter a fellow camper in need. I definitely recommend this product.

Great replacement easy install. Won't break like plastic ones, and won't rust like metal ones that leave rust stains on water heater cover. Get em, and replace the old.

These are kind of a bear to change but worth the effort when you are done. My factory plastic latch never fit the keyhole very well, these work nicely.
