Snapped right on! Replacement for latch which rusted through on outside door of MotorCoach. Super Senior friendly replacement. My husband walked out, followed directions, snapped on latch (Stainless Steel) and was back in coach in less than 10 minutes! Super price. Delivery was quick. Totally satisfied!

Originals were plastic so stainless steel should last a lot longer. Time will tell. easy to install, fit like original.

Forest River Suburban water heater latch replacement.To install, push the spring back toward the 2 bent prongs then slide the pull tab off.Insert the spring piece from back to front through the cabinet bracket then re insert the pull tab.Too bad Suburban can't design a better latch, but this stainless steel version should last longer.Don't forget to flush your tank occasionally and replace your anode rod.

The plastic clip on the RV outside door to the hot water tank broke and the metal style clipped was a much better option. It's too bad the RV industry doesn't use them initially! Use of pliers to pull the clip to a secured position worked easily! I bought a couple for backup or for having it for others who experienced the same thing I did with the cheap plastic ones! I was very pleased with the metal clips!
