I like that it was stainless steel so it will never rust . Just wish I could have only bought 1 instead of 2 . Easy to install to .

I checked three stars on the easy to install because no instructions came with it. However after finding the way to actually install it, it was very easy. and is a perfect fit and it is not plastic.Here is the trick, 1. You take the thing apart by detaching the ring from the spring aasembly, 2. push the spring assembly through the bracket on your heater, 3. with your finger push the spring assembly far enough to re-attach the ring.
