This is very handy and easy to use. I use mine to blow out my garden hose during the winter months after watering animals and never worry about my hoses freezing.

Works as intended with no issues. We were able to winterize our RV in a matter of minutes and this way is far less expensive and messy than using antifreeze in the water lines. Because this is so quick and easy, we can still take the RV out for winter camping, use everything as usual, and just winterize again on our way out of the campground. We live in central Indiana, so we see plenty of freezing temps over winter and have never had any issues using this method.

This is a quality blowout plug in many ways. I especially like the Schrader valve which makes it easy to connect to my compressor hose.

Attached easily to my DeWalt tire inflator. Took WAY longer to read the instructions than to actually blow out the lines. Next year should be even better now that I know how to do it, and I won't have to waste a lot of water rinsing out the RV antifreeze in the fresh water tank!

Super easy to use. After I drained my hot water tank and flipped over the winterize bypass valves, bought myself an inexpensive air pump, basically a better than normal tire pump that had a long coiled hose for inflating car tires . Screwed the small end of this puppy onto to the universal thread at the end of the air hose and screwed the larger garden hose size end into the city water inlet on the outside of my big destination trailer and turned on the air pump. Opened each hot and cold faucet in the trailer until each faucet was done sputtering water and then just blowing air. Turned off the pump and all the water lines had been emptied.Didnt' have to pay a service or a buddy to do it, just did it myself. More reliable than just hoping gavity would drain the water out of the bottom valves of the trailer. Still added the pink stuff to the lines just to make extra sure there's no cracked lines when it gets crazy cold here in Wisconsin.

I use it to winterize my RV - it is so much easier than trying to blow our the water pipes through a hose.

I was a little concerned using this as I previously use an air compressor with a tank and quick connect blow out adapter. Since we've been full time for a year and the compressor is in storage, I needed something that would work with my Viair tire inflator that we carry.Bottom line, it works great. Plenty of air flow came through to blow out the lines. Only issue is that without a pressure regulator I had to have my wife watch the pressure dial and be ready to turn off the pump if pressure went above 90 psi. It never did. In 10 minutes I had blown out hot and cold lines on 2 sinks, shower, toilet and low point drains.

We bought this to blow water out of outlines to winterize our camper. We were using one of the plastic white ones that doesn't have the threaded schraeder valve, and it just couldn't build up pressure. With this, we were able to screw on our Ryobi 18v, set the pressure to 30psi and open the faucets when the pump shut off. Went very smoothly. This valve will last longer than our camper, so very satisfied at the $7ish price tag.

I like my Camco Blow Out Plug. It made it easy to blowout my travel trailer's water supply lines to prepare it for a northern winter. The plug allowed me to connect a quick connect air line, regulator and valve to my trailer and use compressed air to blow the water supply lines clean. It was quick, easy and effective.
