Aren't hats supposed to be resistant to fading in the sun?

This hat is good for the price, and it does have an adjustable inner piece, it could be better but it works. My honest opinion is that this hat fits the least basic need for a hat of this type.

First impressions do matter ..... Packing alone was impressive, that was a nice SURPRISE. The hat arrived in a secure box , wrapped completely in tissue paper and placed securely on a hat mold. The hat band had a protective wrap around it. It's a GREAT feeling to see such attention put in the packing alone. Before it was even out of the box, I was already pleased with my purchase! It's GREAT to do business with a company that delivers on these details. It isn't seen often enough these days. Now to the actual product, the hat fit perfectly, even with my thick hair, but does have adjustable strings to tighten, if necessary, and also included were two padded/adhesive strips. Other adults in my household tried on the hat too, and it needed no adjustments, it fit us all great. It does have a nice high dimpled crown and narrow brim. It's a handsome, comfortable hat. The material looks GREAT, I ordered black, and the color is rich looking. I thought the price was very good for a hat that looks this exceptionally well made. I could not find one defect, again, this doesn't happen often these days. I am very satisfied with the care in packing and COMPLETELY satisfied with the great quality of the Simplicity Fedora hat.
