It arrived new in plastic and the white color pristine. Baseball caps have a lot of stitching but absolutely no loose stitches were found. That said, there are a couple places where the spacing on the stitching is irregular. The material lookl nice but feels a bit thin. The brim follows suite there too. It was a bit larger than I expected and the material appears to taper from the top to the flex fit band. As a result the asthetic is rather bulbous.

Got today and started wearing it already. The fit is phenomenal. I tend to need bigger hats and it's so hard to find hats that fit well for me and this one is perfection. Highly recommend.

My favorite hat brand. I've got some I wear plain and a few I've had embroidered with custom designs, they're great for both uses. Will be buying more as I need more.

It was too big for my massive cranium, words which I never thought I would utter. The hats are very well made. I bought the XL and it's a just a little teeny bit too snug, but I wear it anyway, it looks great on me.

Im so surprised on how perfect these caps fit, this is my third flex fit cap that I purchase and I don't think I can ever purchase any other cap from now on, they just fit so well and they feel very comfortable.

Happy with my purchase. Most hats don't sit down far enough on my head and this hat does, fits well and is a classic standard hat the way they should be. I will be buying more in different colors.
