The cap I got is great! In fact I'm about to order another one right now. It fits well, it looks good, and it's comfortable.It seems to me that maybe the biggest issue this hat company has is their quality control (or lack thereof). The Hat Depot, listen up, you gotta stop the inferior product from going out to the customers. Do aggressive quality control. And trash the product that is not up to snuff. Don't try to save a penny by sending on flawed items. Heck, you already paid to make it so why not just send it on and maybe they will be fine with it. Because every penny you save by doing that, you're gonna lose 10-fold from would-be customers that you will never hear from.These negative reviews are seriously affecting your bottom-line, they got to be. After I looked at the reviews I almost didn't make the purchase. But I'm glad I did because I love the hat, and it's practically perfect. When I ordered the hat I also ordered a similarly priced cap from another vender. And I'll tell you what, their cap is an embarrassment compared to yours. You couldn't give me a 2nd cap from them, I wouldn't take it. But here I am, I've come back to you to purchase another or your hats. That says a lot.So yeah, work on those issues... and we'll discuss my consulting fee later.
