Love my Camp Chef Explorer. Easy to put together. Light weight and easy to move around. Cooked a pot of beans on it and they were delicious. You can adjust the heat from really high to very low. I highly recommend this product.

Finally got to use it. Wanted a range of output.Failed.On high, it can boil water inside the nearest house. Check.On low...it consistently goes out. Wind, no wind, new propane tanks. Out.Medium?Definitely suitable for lofting large hot air balloons.Simmer is not an option. Warm is written on the knob, but, that gives you a lovely yellow flame and the same output as high.

I use this to evaporate maple syrup. Works just fine except when it's real windy and you're trying to keep the temperature on the low side. Otherwise, really happy with this stove.
