I love this griddled say the least. We have a camp chef single burner that it sits perfectly on top of. This is my first cast iron cooking product. It cooks so well and the flavors are so strong and good. I like using the flat side over the grill side because you can cook so much at once!

I bought this for my outdoor grill. I hate them mess that’s left in my grill so I thought using this would be a great answer. It is! I make burgers, filets, salmon, chicken and brats on this and on the one side it will still leave grill lines. I haven’t used the other side yet. Good quality, thickness and price.

Not heavyweight

We used this on our Camp Chef 2 burner stove and it worked wonderfully. We used it to cook steaks, bacon and eggs and numerous other things. We had one and bought another one so we could have one on each burner if we wanted to use the grill on one and the griddle on the other. Very pleased with the product. It is heavy but easy to clean.

Love this thing. Works great on my gas grill and a whole lot easier to clean.

So far a nice product, protect from rusting.

Have used this now for both burgers on the grill side twice and just cooked bacon and eggs, some over medium and some scrambled on the griddle side and I am very pleased with the performance, it is preseasoned but I still gave it a quick wipe down with veg oil for added protection as you should with anything cast iron. Exelent sear lines on the burgers, just make sure you heat slow and put them on when grill is hot, and don't flip too soon and they won't stick so much. On the griddle side I didn't have any problems with sticking even with scrambled eggs, I believe the key is proper preventive maintenance and taking proper care and this grill/griddle will give me many years. The only thing is there is a cooler side, the side torward the middle of the 2 burner camp chef explorer. Wich really isn't a problem, just rotate your food so it cooks evenly. Clean up was almost effortless with some oil, salt and cloth. Definitely recommend this item!!!
