I was tired of using adjustable baseball hats. I ordered this hat in L/XL and it fits perfectly. I liked this hat so much I ordered three more in different colors to match seasonal outerwear.

I was looking for a cheap flex fit hat that fit nice and I found it. You can also pick out multiple colors so thats nice as well. We buy them for work and then put our own decals/designs on them.
