I live only 50 miles south of Canadian border. I have tried so many hats only to donate them because They did not perform well in really cold weather. Then I found this little treasure and it performed SoWell that I now own four of them. If you live in cold country you won't be Disappointed in this high performance hat.

So far I've used this hat for one weekend- for fall hiking in the whites. It is a touch big for my small head but light weight, cute and does not leave your head feeling sweaty. helped warm me up quickly !

I got this hat for hiking and it's perfect! Soft, light, warm, stays on, but is not too tight. I used to hate wool after feeling my dad's army blanket as kid, but now wool and I are friends.

My son loves it. He shaves his head and always gets cold bc, duh, lost body heat from the head. But this was so extremely soft and bc it's high quality Merino wool, very warm. I've bought so many for him that he says are scratchy, but this one he wears.

I bought this beanie for winter hiking. I wore it hiking at least 4-5 days a week from January through February in all kinds of winter weather. It delivered as advertised. I love this Beanie ! How much ? I ordered another one in a different color !
