This was a near perfect match. There's variants for conductor connectivity that differ between boards. This one happens to use stake-on for all connection, where the one I was replacing utilize a quick-connect for 6-conductors and stake-on for 3. The 3 were on the relay module, while the 6 were directly on the board. Nonetheless, I was able to map the board connections and replace the connector with stake on (there were 3 browns on the connector that were grouped under on stake-on for grounding) to enable the transition of the 6.

This was an exact match to my fan switch. Was here on the second day. Luckily this switch goes bad about every two years, so I had a spare and put the AC back in operation in fifteen minutes. This one was to replace my spare. Great delivery and a great match for a non Carrier made switch. Very easy to replace
