Mission: The mission of Casa de Amigos is to improve the quality of life throughout the community by helping people help themselves. Casa de Amigos is a vibrant multicultural neighborhood center located in southeast Midland. The agency has a fifty-one year history of providing comprehensive services in four main program areas designed to fulfill the mission by empowering people in the community to meet their individual and family's needs.
