I bought this mop and I don't like it at all. It doesn't spin correctly. Leaves mop very wet. The mop is heavy because of all the water left in it.<br />That was 59.99 I wasted buying this product.

Not able to buy parts. What a waste of money.

Ridiculous contraption. Hardly any mop to the mop part--so bare it scratches up the floors. Disappointed with Casabella!

Im kinda upset how this thing work after using it about 5 times the locked to spin the rug broked easily so nothing to hold when youre moping. Dont waist you money.

I couldn't get the spin cycle for this to even work. My husband tried. NO luck. Returned. However, the company was very gracious, so maybe I got the sour apple in the garden.

This product is over rated did not work as well as shown. Back braking as the mop head does not stay flat on floor. A lot of plastic not sure how long it will last!

Would not recommend. Head extremely hard to get off. Broke with second use. Pole much too short and would not stay tightened. Bought at local store. Would not buy another one.<br /><br />.

I have gone through about 6 of these mops in the course of a year. I have a puppy who has a lot of accidents, so I basically mop every single day. It looks and feels like a good quality bucket, and if I hadn't broken 6 of them I would have probably written a good review. For some reason the steel drum keeps breaking on me, it gets pushed in and stuck which does not allow the mop to spin. I manage to get it loose and once I put the mop in, it gets stuck again. I have had it with this mop so I'm going to try a different brand. P.s. I bought it at bed bath and beyond which is why I gave this mop so many chances, their return policy is awesome.

I have had this item for no more than 4 months and it has already broken, extremely disappointed in this product which was amazing during the short time it worked.
