Mission: Casita Maria creates a safe and welcoming community, enriching and uplifting youth and families toward success through shared cultural, art, and educational experiences and programs.
Since 1934, we have served as a cultural and community anchor for thousands of South Bronx young people and their families. As New York City's first and oldest Latino-serving charity, we have showcased and championed the community's artistic and cultural legacy for nearly 90 years. At Casita Maria, we are building a proud, active community in the South Bronx by showcasing the beauty, life, and creativity that is embedded in every block.
Casita Maria Center for Arts and Education is a 501(c)(3) organization, with an IRS ruling year of 1946, and donations may or may not be tax-deductible.
