Mission: To encourage those who feel alone and need help to keep moving forward to good emotional and mental health that will enrich their lives giving validation, understanding, hope, love, and joy.

Target demographics: To acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of those overcoming life challenges of emotional suffering or poor mental health no matter how small to keep them moving forward through inspiring programs, support groups, advocacy, and service.
