Ive always been a fan of Sleepytime Tea. When I heard it was sold in a larger box I bought it.There was a time when I really struggled to fall asleep. I was just too anxious, too many thoughts, and having trouble unwinding. So I used this tea to help me relax, it became part of my cozy nighttime routine to relax before bed.Id usually take a cup of this tea to bed, turn off the lights, turn on a warm lighted lamp or candle, cozy up in bed, and sipped tea as I read a few book chapters to relax. It worked. The tea helped me get through that tough time. Love this tea.If youre looking for a cozy tea before bed, I recommend this one.

I got this because I saw Matt and his mommy on I'm In Love With a Mama's Boy having sleepy tea time every night and thought, hmm.. that looks nice i'd like to try it.Well, it's just tea.... nothing special. Didn't really relax me but tastes good. To me, it tastes like any normal bag of tea.

I have been using Sleepy Time Tea for years. Let it steep, add some honey you're ready for a good nights rest! Even my husband likes it. Great taste, too.
