Mission: Our vision is to be a connected network of providers, partners and families who share a common purpose to support children and individuals with developmental needs. Our mission is to make caring for children with delays and disabilities easier and more effective by linking medical and support services in a single location.

Results: In 2019, CDS served over 9,300 individuals (8,355 were 0-17 yrs). Since most of our clients come weekly for therapy, almost 80,000 visits were accumulated just last year alone. That's a lot of families getting the support they need in our community!

Target demographics: Any child on the pediatric spectrum (birth to 18) with developmental delays or disabilities.

Direct beneficiaries per year: More than 9,300 different families in the Upstate of South Carolina.

Geographic areas served: Upstate of South Carolina (Greenville, Spartanburg, and Anderson Counties), Western North Carolina, Northern Georgia

Programs: Bilingual Support Services, Media/Resource Library, Intake and Case Management, and a community collaboration System of Care.
