Mission: The mission of the Center for Education Reform (CER) is to expand educational opportunities that lead to improved economic outcomes for all Americans, particularly our youth, ensuring that the conditions are ripe for innovation, freedom and flexibility throughout U.S. education.
Our vision is a country and states that provide increased, quality educational opportunities that secure our nation's freedom and future prosperity.
We believe all students should be prepared to participate in a 21st-century economy and become effective global citizens.
To fulfill this mission and vision we have forged an ambitious agenda for expanding opportunity and innovation in US education. The tenets of that path, our New Opportunity Agenda are Freedom, Flexibility, Opportunity and Innovation - and they must apply across the conventional barriers of education, from K through 20, through career, in order that we produce informed citizens who are prepared with 21st century skills for a global world.

Center for Education Reform is a 501(c)(3) organization, with an IRS ruling year of 1994, and donations are tax-deductible.
