Mission: To empower homeless men, women, and children with diverse needs to end their homelessness by providing shelter and supportive services.

Programs: Emergency homeless shelter services providing for the basic needs of homeless adult men and women. Services include shelter beds, showers, and access to food, clothing and hygiene items, all at no cost to the recipients. Cass provided 155,439 nights of lodging to 4,219 unduplicated men and women. Cass has 43 beds set aside for eligible homeless veterans in the cass veterans grant per diem program. Through the program, cass provided 14,448 nights of lodging to homeless veterans. In addition to shelter, cass also provides supportive services including case management. In addition to the designated beds, cass provides supportive services to participating veterans and coordinates services with the veterans administration medical center. Through a collaborative partnership effort, cass provided homeless veterans with rapid re-housing services, including rent, rent and utility deposits, and case management support. Expense: $2,719,346 including grants of: revenue: - $545,249

cass provides emergency shelter to homeless families through the vista colina emergency family shelter (vista colina). Services include access to beds, showers, food, clothing and hygiene items. Vista colina provided 41,072 nights of lodging to 667 unduplicated family members of 149 families. Vista colina also provides supportive services to assist families in ending their homelessness and regaining their self-sufficiency. Vista colina also provides an accredited childcare program to insure that pre-school aged children have a safe setting to enable parents to address the familys self-sufficiency goals. The vista colina childcare program delivered childcare to 168 pre-school aged children and to 272 school aged children.

d. ) rapid rehousingcass provides housing placement services, including rapid re-housingservices, homeless single adults and families with children. Cassprovided 287 homeless men, women and children (comprised of 152 singleadults and 35 families) with rapid rehousing services, including rent, rent and utility deposits, arrearages, and ongoing housing based casemanagement support. Of the total served, 84 clients were disabled, 19were aged 62 or older, 35 were veterans, and 26 were chronicallyhomeless. Expense: $639,056 including grants of: $406,296 revenue: -
