Mission: Mission StatementCentral Texas Feline Rescue is helping to solve the crisis and tragedy of unwanted and abandoned cats by operating a Trap Neuter Return Manage (TNRM) program for feral kittens and cats. Our mission is to stabilize and reduce the overpopulation of unwanted cats roaming the streets of Central Texas.
