My daughter is tall and skinny, and these were not for her. Even with the elastic it just hung off of her hips, though the length was good.

Bought these shorts for my daughter and she is very happy with them! They fit great around the waist. The built in underwear were pretty tight so we actually ended up cutting them out and that solved the problem. Super cute, super comfortable and just what we wanted in shorts.

I like the stretch and first of it and my daughter loves the colour. I dont love the lining because it's so much like underwear otherwise its loose and comfy around her thighs which is what I wanted

I bought a large size for my medium sized child thinking she would grow in to them. Unfortunately she did not grow fast enough and they arrived while she was still too small. I'm currently feeding her porridge and vitamins three times a day, but progress is slow. Most frustrating!

Bought these for my 8yr old for soccer. They are slightly large on her, but she loves the fit and says they are very comfortable. They do bell out around the thigh area, but it's not anything problem causing, just something my daughter noticed. They look great, wash well, and fit well. No complaints!

We and to cut the underwear part underneath. It was to thight on her she is very petite and so we removed it. The waist was still a boy big. She wears a size 7-8.And we bought size s. Weighs 55 pounds 9 years

I selected these shorts because I wanted shorts that would keep my daughter cool at outdoor soccer camp in the heat of summer. These were perfect. Too many girls athletic shorts are SUPER short. I wanted a tad more modesty but keeping her cooler than basketball shorts. These did the trick. She is almost 7 and still wears a lot of 5/6/6x but Carter's / Gymboree size 7 is the best fit. I bought these in 7/8 and they fit true to size. They will fit her next year for sure, but they were not too loose to be worn this year while very active on the soccer field. Very happy with the purchase!
